I highly recommend this place! Staff and Dr are very well experienced , they explain everything gently. Just had my wisdom tooth extracted and OMG I was so scared and nervous as I had bad experience on my left side a year ago at another place. This time at Unique dental I didn’t feel any pain, nothing at all, I didn’t even feel it when the dentist took it out I was like what? are you done? She only took seconds to take it out!!! She’s amazing, knows what’s doing and straight into it 😄 Will only go to this place and I’ve been telling everyone about it 💯 worth going!

Dr Faddoul has a completely no nonsense approach to dentistry. She will endeavour to deliver a high quality service with lower prices (she bulk bills imaging and passes on the savings to her patients). Dr Faddoul and her staff exhibit a large amount of empathy and care as well. Previously went to Dr Faddoul in 2013, had a really great experience. However the clinic was too far away for me. After trying several different places decided to make the long drive and definitely worth it! The clinic itself isn't as flashy as some of the competitors but her skills and duty of care are much better (she doesn't need to rely on ostentatious fit outs like some others).

Dida and the team always do the best job they can to make sure that their patients have the smoothest and most pain free experience. They are all so friendly and really care about my teeth, giving me the best advice and checking up on me on a regular basis. This dental clinic is unmatched and I really want to thank Unique Dental team. I recommend that if you want a place where you could feel comfortable as well as a great experience, unique dental is the place for you.

Dida and the team are amazing! I had severe anxiety of going to the dentist for all of my life. Previous to seeing Dida I have had fillings done and needed to be put to sleep, always needed someone to come with me to the dentist for even a check up and would spend most of the time in the chair crying. Now I walk in and can sit and get what is needed with ease and no fuss. I now have perfectly straight, clean and beautiful teeth - something I really didn’t see happening with my fear, and I have Dida to thank! HIGHLY recommend!

I cannot express how amazing Dida truly is. I was extremely nervous about my visit due to a past bad experience at another dentist in my local area of Newcastle. But my experience with Dida has completely changed my outlook on dental appointments. She had an extraction done in a matter of seconds with absolutely zero pain. I didn't even feel pain when she injected me with the local anesthetic! I will 100% be making trips down from Newcastle just to see Dida. Wow what a amazing team First impression is a professional friendly team so you already feel comfortable once you walk in and that’s what you want to feel when you have children to visit a dentist. Second very honest and straight to the point which I love. My Son only being 5 years old had his tooth pulled out in the chair for the the first time, he was absolutely fine and Deda was quick, efficient, caring and did a GREAT JOB. Made his first experience painless quick and fun. No hospital needed and no need to put to him sleep. I could not highly recommend Unique dental team enough , as parent you may be concerned what is the best option for your little one to have a happy experience for them to return to dentist and you would want them to come back when they are adults Deda, Costa and team give that extra care which is why my son was so comfortable to sit down and let the dentist do her thing. I first visited Unique dental in August for a wisdom tooth extraction, I was so nervous and scared, but the dentist and staff were so great. They explained the whole procedure to me.I was shaking on the dentist chair, but I felt better after talking to the dentist. I barely felt any pain, both during and after the extractions. I am now taking my family there too, would highly recommend to anyone who has a fear of needles or dentists in general once you go to Unique Dental in Merrylands, your fear will be gone. I’ve been a patient at Unique dental for the last 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else ! I feel like part of the family . Clean clinic with very friendly awsome staff . Dr faddoul known as Dida is very experienced dentist for over 25 years and does amazing work . She is down to earth, honest compassionate person . I had a crown done many years ago by another dentist on my upper front incisor and the color never matched the rest of my incisors . I was always aware of it which made me uncomfortable and not confident to smile. Finally I got 5 beautiful crowns done . They look so natural matching my other crown. I cannot stop smiling !! The whole process was painless , smooth and only took 2 visits . I highly recommend Dida for any dental work. Thank you soo much Dida for your amazing work and expertise . I am one of those people who was scared of the dentist because of bad experiences when I was younger, so hadn’t been for 11 years!!!!!!! I had a broken tooth that I left a long time. Raghida is amazing! It turned out to be a difficult extraction but I had no pain! Even after I didn’t have swelling or bleeding or anything. I did follow her instructions after to the letter but honestly I’ve had more pain from a filling that having a whole tooth pulled out. Awesome dentist I highly recommend. Everyone who works there is very friendly and makes you feel safe and at ease.

I came here today for the first time and honestly had the most amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Prior to coming here I was terrified of the extraction process +needles but the team is so incredibly friendly and professional, I felt extremely comfortable whilst getting them extracted and I honestly can’t recommend a better place!! 10/10

Dr Faddoul quickly diagnosed a complicated issue with my teeth and promptly treated it and removed my pain. All in a very comforting and relaxed manner. Highly recommended. Excellent service ,great staff and an extremely competent dentist. Strange as it sounds , i look forward to my next visit to the dentist.

If you have a phobia of injections or needles I could not recommend Unique Dental enough. The team at Unique Dental were very patient, professional and understanding when I needed a filling. Struggling with a phobia of needles and requiring an anesthetic for a filling I was so amazing when Raghida said "trust me, you wont feel it." I did not feel it. I would give a rating higher than 5 if I could.

I have been availing dental services from Raghida for the last 13 years. She is a wonderful person and Best Dentist i have come across. Staff at her clinics are also wonderful. She does a good job with great empathy and has pride in dental work carried out by her.Highly recommended .

Dida and Costa are naturally very warm and friendly people who always work hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dida is refreshingly frank and clear in communicating how to best take care of your teeth and rarely for a dentist really thinks outside the box in terms of how oral health relates to general health and specific diseases. Their prices are also very affordable. Highly recommended!
